Who we are

In Physio was born out of the desire to provide holistic care to those seeking a different approach to healing - including the environment. Physical therapy is often associated with exercises and a gym but what if it could look and feel different? Some of us have bodies that are craving a softer and kinder environment. Others of us have schedules that make it nearly impossible to add another drive time and an appointment to. In Physio meets you where you are - literally! We’re prepared to provide quality care in the comfort of your own home.

At In Physio, we take a more holistic approach to patient care. Oftentimes, clients feel dismissed or frustrated when providers put them in boxes based on a diagnosis they’re given. We are here to dive into your story and take a thorough head to toe assessment to discover the root cause of what’s going on. We have a deep understanding of how different systems play into each other and how fascia or viscera elsewhere might be causing your symptoms. Client and therapist work together to create an individualized, innovative plan that’s specific to your needs so that you can live the life you desire. We work together during our one hour, one on one sessions heavily emphasizing hands on treatment such as fascial and soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, visceral mobilization, neuromuscular reeducation, and more. Our goal is to help increase your body awareness so you can feel in control of your body and your symptoms.

We are an out of network provider

To ensure the ability to provide the highest quality of care, In Physio is an out of network provider. This means clients pay at the time of visit and can then submit a superbill for possible reimbursement from insurance.

Why go out of network?

Oftentimes, insurance will dictate how treatment is provided including what body regions physical therapists can work on. So if your doctor writes a prescription to PT for your knee, in an in-network setting, the PT can only work on your knee even if your knee pain is coming from your low back or a visceral restriction. Out of network, the PT has the freedom to treat any and all body regions as they’re playing into the dysfunction.
